It started the way most good things do — out of frustration. Our founder Mike grew up outside Dallas, Texas on a working ranch in the Hill Country. He spent summers learning land management firsthand, and when he went looking for a compact utility tractor as an adult, he couldn't find a dealer who actually knew what they were talking about.
So in 2005, Mike sold his first tractor out of a leased warehouse in Garland, Texas — just east of Dallas. The price was fair, the advice was honest, and word spread fast across North Texas. By 2007 he was shipping to Kansas. By 2012, everywhere.

First Sale — Garland, Texas
Mike sells his first compact tractor direct to a neighbor from a leased warehouse in Garland, just outside Dallas. Fair price, firm handshake, zero markup. A business is born.

The website launches. First out-of-state order ships to a cattle rancher in Kansas within 60 days. The phones don't stop ringing.
500th Tractor Delivered
The 500th tractor ships to a family ranch in East Texas. The team celebrates with a cookout in the Dallas warehouse. The tradition still continues.
Free Nationwide Shipping Begins
Free delivery rolls out to all 48 contiguous states. From the Panhandle to Maine, every tractor ships on us — assembled and ready to work.
Financing Program Launches

Raised on a working ranch outside Dallas. Started the company in 2005 after getting tired of dishonest dealerships. 20 years later he still answers customer calls personally.
Texas A&M ag graduate, grew up on a cattle operation in Weatherford, TX. Knows the full CUT lineup cold and has guided thousands of buyers to the right machine.
18-year ASE-certified master mechanic from Plano, TX. If there's a question about specs, attachments, or maintenance on any compact tractor, Tom has the answer.
McKinney, TX native who handles everything from financing applications to post-delivery questions. The reason our satisfaction score sits above 98% year after year.
